This weekend's gay pride celebrations came to an end last night with PRIDE, an exclusive invite-only party, at held at The Standard. Pegged as a "new take on pride festivities," PRIDE set itself apart from the "norm of raucous, semi-nude, spandex clad parties," attracting a crowd of LGBT heavyweights in fashion, art, politics, and culture. Hosts included staples in New York City's social scene and gay community such as Alan Cumming (who seemed to be at every party this weekend), Scott Buchheit, Patrick McMullan, Sophia Lamar, and others. But before the big celebration took place, the folks over at Kiehl's and the Men's Sexual Health Project, threw a party on Saturday in support of the gay community. The evening began with cocktails, followed by dinner, and capped off with a performance by Elton John and Liza Minnelli. There to lend their support of Breast Cancer Research were Elizabeth Hurley, with husband Arun Nayar (despite divorce rumors…), Alan Cumming, Jane Krakowski, Project Runway's Christian Siriano, Vera Wang, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, and actress Jasika Nicole, who boldly wore yellow. This Sunday, Ray-Ban threw their annual Ray-Ban Visionary Award in Utah.  This year's award went to actor Ewan McGregor, presented to him by  fellow actor and friend Alan Cumming who exclaimed "Ray-Ban is a brand that is classic and edgy and when I think of Ewan I think of exactly the same thing." Guests included Eliza Dushku, Roman Diaz, Ralph Macchio and others.
