“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Harlot Nights At Collective Hardware

Patrick McMullan himself snapped the shots of Collective Hardware’s Harlot Nights, and we think the “Best” factor is pretty evident: strange props including a very large pig torso (where was the lower half?), a general absence of clothing, people sprawled on beds, nightlife authority Steve Lewis talking to a hot, young thing, Izzy Gold and sunglasses at night…the eclectic scene rocked the Bowery (obvi) with four flours, part of Heist Gallery’s Manhattan Motorcycle Mayhem after party. Storming Of The Jane Hotel For Bastille Day

All photos by DAVID X PRUTTING for PMc] What better way to celebrate the 1789 French storming of the medieval fortress and prison, The Bastille, then at a French inspired fete at the Jane Hotel. The evening was hosted by Tarajia Morrell and Emilie Jean, with sponsors including The Smile, Cafe Gitane and Nouvelle Garde. Emilie Jean dressed festively as Marie Antoinette, with other guests decked out as French guardsmen. Adding some extra spice to the evening were a group of French Cancan dancers who looked like they fell straight out of the movie Moulin Rouge.

The Boys’ Answer To Our Louboutins: J.M. Weston

The luxury cobbler exhibited pairs of artist-designed shoes reflecting each of five creators’ “humeur,” or mood, at the the Flag Art Foundation. The craftsmanship des createurs, including Frank Gehry, awed sartorial superstars including Tyson Beckford and Kristian Laliberte, who were among the artful soles (he he) on hand to drool over the top tailoring. The ASPCA Celebrates Puppy Love At Tibi SoHo

This Wednesday, New York’s immaculately groomed pups and pup parents shopped at Tibi in SoHo to benefit the ASPCA. Animal fans including Kristian Laliberte, Annabel Vartanian, Allison Aston, Claiborne Swanson, Maggie Rizer, Robert Fowler and Prince Lorenzo Borghese; not only had the opportunity to show off their happy pets, but also to visit the ASPCA adoption van and see 15% of their clothing purchases benefit the organization.

Last night, Carrie Cloud and Annabel Vartanian celebrated their birthdays together at the newly opened Nolita joint, Delicatessen. It was quite the successful turnout, because drinking champagne downtown is obviously more fun than watching the debates! Chance Yeh was there to capture the fun along with guests like Coleman Chamberlain, Kristian Laliberte, Nishan Vartanian, Jennifer Creel, Lara Meiland Shaw, Jen Cohen, Nick Dietz, Susan Shin, Trey Knight, David Chines, and Timo Weiland (in an adorable yellow Timo! tie).

Ever been in a room full of people you’re sure are fabulous but whom you don’t actually recognize? We were, last night at Blackbook Magazine’s May issue bash, held at the “First you need to get in. Then you need to be cool enough to get a table. Then you can get bottles” glory that is 1 Oak. Somehow we got in that door and, later, into a cushy banquette next to our lovely chum Model Behavior. First though, we ran into the ever dapper Single Threat, who was able to give us the down-low (low-down? no doubt) re the buffed and de-puffed cognescetti getting their Skky-fueled freak on to the Beatles and Britney.
