Art Soiree turned the Georgetown Waterfront into an artist's playground on Sunday for their Third Annual Midsummer Night's Dream fantasy show. Body paint, live performances, music, a runway show, video installations and so much more took center stage for five hours as guests enjoyed libations and bites from Tony & Joe's and Nick's Riverside Grill. Last night was Art After Dark Apocalypse at the Organization of American States' Art Museum of the Americas (AMA), put on with Art Soiree. The event featured art, live music, a DJ, and an open bar of beer, wine, and champagne against a beautiful backdrop: the AMA museum. More»

Saturday marked the 87th running of the Virginia Gold Cup, a staple of the spring Washington social calendar. Picking out the group one will spend the day with in The Plains is an important decision every social has to make, and one of the better choices for the day was the tent with Becky's Fund. Becky's Fund was founded by Becky Lee, and raises money to combat domestic/dating violence, and aims to educate and assist victims. She was inspired after working for a few years as an advocate and lawyer for survivors. More»
