Ashanti, Reshma Shetty, and Judy Garland’s daughter Lorna Luft all gathered at Tavern On The Green (RIP) for the 2009 Emerald Gala, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz. They even wheeled out some munchkins for the occasion! I’m sure, btw, that these 90 year olds were thrilled to be forced to pose with giant lollipops. More»

While Britney was out spending money on witch hats, celebrities elsewhere were trying to make the most of the last few weeks of Summer. Ashanti was unveiling her new Billboard in Times Sqaure, Heather Graham was at the Barcelona premiere of “The Hangover”, Kelly Rutherford was on the set of “Gossip Girl” in NYC and Zac Effron and friends were attending the Teen Choice Awards.

Our good friend Greg Link was one of the nights’ hosts and the event was sponsored by Lucky Magazine at the Blue & Cream store on Bowery. We were thrilled to see (tiny) Tim Garcia and meet the current Miss USA, Colorado native, Hilary Carol Cruz. After checking out the store and the cute crowd, we grabbed a gift bag and were out the door.
Our next stop was a few blocks away so we strolled on over to Club 205 for Richie Rich’s “Rox and Riley” Footwear Launch Party hosted by Andy Hilfiger and Lydia Hearst… More»
