That's right, our dear President Barack Obama is turning 49, and by a lovely request from his wifey, we all need to send him some very special birthday love. Obama's campaign cost a whopping $513,557,218. Or, $7.39 per vote!
And, after it was all said and done, it was time to party! With guests and entertainers including Mariah Carey, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Mary J. Blige, Faith Hill, Adam Levine, Stevie Wonder, Denzel Washington, Trudie Styler, Sting, will.i.am, Jamie Foxx, Faith Hill, Shakira, Beyonce, and Alicia Keys came out at the Neighborhood Inaugural Ball to help our new prez show us what moves he has on the dance floor. He danced til dawn with our first lady Michelle, who was decked out in a beautiful Jason Wu gown.

[Who has better style? The Obamas or the McCains?]
Political views aside, I want to know who you think makes the more fashionable candidate. Sure, its easier when you"re tall dark and handsome (and younger!), but I think the McCain"s make a pretty classy pair too (see first shot of them below. Plus, they weren"t always this old (again, look to photo below).
Then again, they are lacking those two lovable girls, Malia and Natasha that I want running through the White House Walls. Anyway, who makes the more fashionable pair???

Plovgh, the new online farmers market
Who knew that the farming world had a trend? Well, Mallory Sustick, a Brooklyn bartender, works like a dog to maintain, promote and advance the online farmer's market startup Plovgh that began after noticing a need for more local farm market distribution.
