The average U.S. household spends $60 a month, while the average household in Austin, Texas spends $143 a month, the highest, on personal care. Or go to Battery Park at 9 am to try and snag some of the limited of tickets left. First come, first served, 2 per person. If not, the view from just outside the gate is actually better than half of the standing room in the park. The show starts at 3:30, and it’ll be really crowded.
