In other music news, a surprisingly strong lineup for Fuck Yeah Fest 2013 was revealed today and we are very excited by the collection of artists set to play this year. On August 24th and 25th, FYF Fest will take over L.A. State Historic Park for a full weekend of live music as the sun beats down mercilessly on Downtown L.A. with the Yeah Yeahs Yeah headlining Saturday, and shoegaze heroes My Bloody Valentine as Sunday's main event. Loads of other fantastic artists like Devendra Banhart, Solange, TV on the Radio, Toro y Moi, MGMT and Beach House are taking the FYF Fest stage, keep reading to see them all on the complete lineup. Although The Rolling Stones are not playing this year like we all thought, and were quite perturbed by the headliner choices once the lineup was revealed, there are plenty of other Coachella 2013 performers we are very stoked about on the bill. Here are the Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 artists we're most excited to see take the stage this weekend at Coachella. More»

With less than 48 hours until the polo fields were set to open for Coachella 2013, Goldenvoice as usual had us all sweating over set times and potential conflicts that would leave us with tough choices to make between artists playing at the same time. Although you can't be in two places at once, with the merciful release of the set times for Weekend 1, we can at least stop playing the "what if" game and start strategizing our stage-hopping. One thing you'll notice on the set times grid is the addition of a tent called Yuma beyond the Sahara tent which may affect your show itinerary. Now let's take a closer at the set times...

Good news for all of you who didn't score tickets to either of the two back-to-back Coachella Weekends. As of Monday, festival producer Goldenvoice unveiled a jam-packed schedule of shows in the L.A. area and even stretching as far as San Diego, Ventura and Pioneertown featuring many of the Coachella 2013 artists in the days surrounding the desert music festival. Dubbed "Goldenvoice Presents April 2013," the two-week music program gives those opting out of Coachella the chance to see a good number of festival performers in more intimate venues before, in between, and after Coachella Weekends 1 and 2. Let's break down who you'll be able to catch at these local shows if you're not making the voyage to the desert next month or just want a second helping of some of this year's performers.

Now that the rumor mill has mercifully come to a screeching halt with last week's release of the Coachella 2013 lineup, it's time to stop talking hypotheticals and holograms and discuss the living, breathing artists set play this year. Like many who were under the impression The Rolling Stones were playing, our jaws are still halfway to the floor in utter confusion by the headliner choices (uh, the Stone Roses? Someone lost a bet. That's the only way that makes sense.). Despite that highly perturbing part of the bill, there are plenty of other performers we are very stoked about on the lineup. Following Friday's selection of Day 1 artists, here are the Day 2 artists we're most excited to see on Saturday, April 13th and 20th at Coachella 2013. More >>

The top two headliners for the 2013 Governors Ball have been released, and it's the most impressive lineup to date. Kanye West and Kings of Leon top the bill, appearing alongside a third artist yet to be announced. Kanye will be performing his first solo show in NYC since 2008, and it'll be Kings of Leon's first show in the city since 2010. We did some investigating of our own, and we think we've figured out the third headliner. Check out who our money is on below! More»
