Where's Waldo popped up at The Billboard Amp'd Up Concert last night to watch Wyclef Jean and Eve perform. Amazingly, none of the other concert-goers seem to even notice him, which is weird, cause, you spend half your childhood searching for this guy and when he's sitting next to you at a Wyclef concert you don't even see.
