Angel Lust hosted a “Cupcake and Bow” trunk show at Shop, proving that accessories are indeed as critical as Rachel Zoe would have us believe. With fans including Katy Perry, The City’s Erin Lucas and Blair Waldorf herself, the Kristen May Anastasia and Kerin Rose designs really are quite dramatic. Shoppers checked out the playful feathers, jewels and bows while sipping champagne and enjoying some rather adorable macaroons and cupcakes. Breaking Gossip Girl News: Leighton Meester, aka Blair Waldorf can sing!  This may not be news to you but it’s news to us.  “While she has plenty of television experience thanks to “Gossip Girl” as well as guest parts on “Entourage,” “CSI: Miami” and “Shark,” Meester told Access making an album provides an alternative artistic outlet.” [MSNBC via Blender].  And, she’s not bad (watch above video of her vocals in “Drive-In”).

Olivia and Blair, together at last. Today’s post on Izzy Gold, brought back a rush of memories from our summer affair with socialite Olivia Palermo. I can NOT believe I have not written more on how Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl IS real life Olivia Palermo (just a younger, richer, and preppier version). Omg it’s UNREAL how similar (the hair, the style, the SKIN! the SKIN!). I was planning on just leaving this post at that…. Blair is Olivia. BUT THEN! EUREKA!!
