The 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards, considered the Oscars for fashion, announced their winner's circle tonight and some of our favorite designers like Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler, Pamela Love, and Phillip Lim made the cut. With Bravo's Andy Cohen hosting the ceremony, this year's awards were nothing short of scandalous. Tonight, Nancy Pelosi is set to appear on the series finale of NBC's 30 Rock.
