Blue eyed humanitarian-turned-fashionable, philanthropic social goer April Lynn Martin smiles as she discusses upcoming fashion events with award winning couture designer Tani Keller. Tani Keller is describing the intricate hand stitched leather rose covered leather pants she has designed for the fall. The two are focused, creative, professional and charitable - and together they two host an uber-chic boutique trunk show series they call “Shopping, Champagne and Charity.”

This week, through their Contacts and Culture event series, the C Squared Group hosted An Evening of Jazz .This event was held at the Rockwood Music Hall and consisted of a three piece jazz band ‘Gregg Kellor Trio‘. The C Squared Group hosts a series of professional networking events monthly for upscale, urban professionals. With a twist on traditional networking, C Squared Group provides socially hospitable events that incorporate interesting cultural and charitable elements. The event was co-hosted by The Urban Girl Squad, who’s director Amanda Hofman has been running the social networking group once a month, for women around New York, since Jan 2008.
