Last Night, The Cinema Society and Calvin Klein Collection hosted a screening of "The Hunger Games" at The Top of the Standard. The stars of the movie, Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Stanley Tucci, Isabelle Fuhrman, as well as director Gary Ross, producers Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik, executive producer Robin Bissell and co-producer Bryan Unkeless attended the screening. Last night amfAR paid tribute to James Franco and Michael Kors at its 2nd annual Inspiration Gala at the Museum of Modern Art presented by Reca Group. Guests, including Heidi Klum, Chanel Iman, Courtney Love, Nicola Formichetti, and oddly, Ke$ha, enjoyed the evenings Black Tie/Hot Metal theme and celebrated with a fashion show featuring all aspects of men's style followed by performances by Jennifer Hudson and Liza Minnelli. The Cinema Society and Calvin Klein collection jointly hosted the opening night of "Trucker" (which has a lot to live up to if it wants to surpass "Duel" as THE GREATEST TRUCKER MOVIE OF ALL TIME) the new movie about a female truck driver who reconnects with her estranged 11 year old son. The film was screened at the Village East Cinema, followed by a dinner at The Charles. Guests included film star Michelle Monaghan, director James Mottern, and Karolina Kurkova. More»
