New York nightlife legend Don Hill passed away last night. He was known for supporting the New York rock scene and played host to all types of people for over twenty years at the now defunct '80's East Village dive The Cat Club and his eponymous Greenwich Street bar. More»
CBGB, the legendary punk rock band, closed its doors in 2006 after 33 years of launching bands such as The Ramones, Television, The Talking Heads, and Blondie. The spot may have lost some of its street cred now that it's a John Varvatos Store, but is no less in-demand than it was in its heyday, with various events drawing big names to the famous venue. According to a tipster, the venue was most recently host to Anthony Martignetti's birthday party. More»
