Lovely ladies including Blake Lively and Lucy Liu bedazzled this star-studded event last night at the Grand Opening of Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED Concept Store NYC. Generally characterized by their glittering crystals and shimmering baubles, Swarovski daringly launched its first concept store, which includes a petite restaurant, sleek downstairs lounge, and “library of light” (a selection of 2,000 stunning stones carefully compartmentalized along one of the whitewashed walls). These fabulous females devoured flutes of champagne and mingled amongst elite city socialites while celebrating the nuanced partnership between Swarovski and Charity: Water, a non-profit organization who provides clean, safe drinking water to developing nations.

Last night, Scott Harrison's famous Charity: Water Organization held a cocktail reception at Chelsea Market. It was a great way to kickoff the charity's photographic exhibit that will be featured there from March 10th-May 31st. As viewers learned about the global water issue, they had a chance to donate by throwing change into a custom-built wishing well. Music was by The Kin, Rob Murat and others with cocktails by Alex Ott. Apparently over 1200 tickets sold out last night (via @scottharrison), another step in the direction of providing clean water to developing nations.

Listening to Charity: Water founder Scott Harrison speak to the 2,500 people at the Metropolitan Pavilion on Monday night has left me feeling grateful. Maybe even hopeful. Socials, do-gooders and volunteers gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of Charity: Water and raise more money for the cause at the 3rd annual Charity: Ball. The most memorable part of the night was not finding out which social was wearing who’s designer gown or even discovering the silver tray filled with mini-chocolate mousses. I even put myself aside for one night and decided not to chase down a PMC photographer to validate my attendance at the event. The most memorable part of the night was the message: Hope and Change.

Last night, Scott Harrison's annual Charity Water Gala at the Metropolitan Pavilion gathered 2500 guests who were all concerned about providing water to people in developing nations. Adrian Grenier played host, and musician Amos Lee performed. Guests including Andrew Saffir, Daniel Benedict, Emma Snowdon-Jones, Zev Eisenberg, Ashley Verrier, Bydie Bell, Lyle Maltz, Brianna Swanson, Chau Ngo, David X Prutting, Eli Mizrahi, Masha Rudenko, Esther Nash, Jenna Elfman, Richie Rich, Douglas Marshall, Keith Lissner, Tia Walker, Tim Morehouse, Jason Rogers, Olivia Palermo, and Whitney Port, didn't walk a red carpet runway....

Last night, the Soho Intermix played host to an evening of shopping to benefit Charity: Water, the non-profit organization committed to bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. The event was hosted by Emma Snowdon-Jones, Elissa Lumley and Andrew Fry and 10% of all purchases went to the organization.
