Among the eager-to-text crowd were the ever-pretty Chace Crawford, World Champion (I mean, he’s wearing both a t-shirt and a hat that say it, so it’s true) Judah Friedlander, Ugly Betty stars Ana Ortiz and Mark Indelicato, and New York’s ultimate downtown kid Chloe Sevigny, who wowed in a Kimberly Ovitz dress. Photos by ZACH HYMAN for PMc] The Proenza Schouler dynamic duo Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez welcomed their entrancing entourage to Soho Mews in dazzling downtown Manhattan last night to celebrate the launch of Magazine #9. “We wanted to do a party for A Magazine, but also to see all the friends that didn’t make it to Florence,” Hernandez explained. “And let’s be honest: We also just wanted to do a fun summer party.” Guests bumped to beats by artist Nate Lowman and DJ Leo Fitzpatrick while divulging in discussions about steamy summer plans, inlcuding upcoming trips to Greece, past excursions to the Berkshires, and long weekends sailing on the seas of Capri. Lovely ladies including Blake Lively and Lucy Liu bedazzled this star-studded event last night at the Grand Opening of Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED Concept Store NYC. Generally characterized by their glittering crystals and shimmering baubles, Swarovski daringly launched its first concept store, which includes a petite restaurant, sleek downstairs lounge, and “library of light” (a selection of 2,000 stunning stones carefully compartmentalized along one of the whitewashed walls). These fabulous females devoured flutes of champagne and mingled amongst elite city socialites while celebrating the nuanced partnership between Swarovski and Charity: Water, a non-profit organization who provides clean, safe drinking water to developing nations.

More photo’s from Monday night’s NYC Nighlife Preservation Community Launch party at M2 are surfacing, and this is one of my favorites.  We caught up with  Chloe Sevigny (who upon arriving exclaimed to Steve Lewis-the man working the door as well as his bowtie- “Steve! I’m having flashbacks of Tunnel!” He’s heard that before. Then came Paul Sevigny, that’s DJ Paul Sevigny to you. The co-owner of the recently shutdown west village hot spot Beatrice Inn was carring a huge cardboard box full of white “Free the Beatrice” t-shirts (sister Chloe was rocking hers), that he passed out to lucky fans. Haute jeweler Bvlgari celebrated its 125th anniversary in Rome, yesterday. Chloe Sevigny, Jessica Alba, Margherita Missoni, Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Lewis, Selma Blair, Fern Mallis, the Bvlgari Family and Patricia Field strolled along the Palazzo delle Esposizioni to the Castel Sant’Angelo, backdrops as stunning as the jewelry for which Bvlgari is known and to which it can attribute its longevity. A dinner opened “Between History and Eternity,” a retrospective on the great founding family and the history they share with the magical, emblematic city. Not only did Bvlgari put on a breathtakingly picturesque affair, but the company is also using its staying power to give back.

Liz Goldwyn, Hollywood royalty and jewelry designer, has added filmmaker to her list, teaming up with director Aaron Rose for a short film called “Underwater Ballet.” The film is being screened in its entirety in Times Square from May 1-6th, with audio available via cell phone. On Thursday night I was able to combine all my passions into one event: skincare, fun social/good friends, Mac’n'Cheese, the East Village and Chloe Sevigny. Being the East Village’s newest resident (I moved here in February) I was happy to truck up a few blocks to the legenday Kiehl’s shop on 3rd Avenue to celebrate Kiehl’s history in the East Village (since 1851 if you wondered) and support the Doe Fund. Begin a beauty binger, it’s never hard to twist my arm to show to show up at a place like Kiehl’s. I was not at a loss for good company - This place turned out some really great celebs:
