Is Chicago the best city in America? There's certainly an argument to be made: cleaner, cheaper and nicer than New York, much more interesting and accessible than L.A., and hands-down the best food in the country. Toss out the six months a year of agonizing, unlivable cold, and it's a no-brainer. But even though many of the Windy City's most talented native sons and daughters, and Jim Belushi, have fled the midwest for the California sunshine, that doesn't mean they don't crave an Old Style and an Italian beef every once in a while.
