Naughty Wallpaper. Click below for a closer look of this racy wallpaper pattern by AtelierBlink.  Relax Mom and Dad, I'm only halfway serious.  However, you have to give the designer props. From LikeCool:

"These naughty Wallpaper patterns take their inspiration from those repetitive floral garland patterns which so many of our forebears were exceptionnally fond of. It is only upon re-focussing your eyes, inclining your head slightly to the left and humming the Brabançonne that you may discover yourself surrounded by intertwining figures, salaciously winding themselves around your walls in never-ending twists and turns of shameless sensuality."

My Pirolette! Remember making these with the shadow your profile left on a wall in grade school?  What a fun gift to give your significant other/nephew/parents/sister/etc.  A masterpiece base on your own face? That's a talking piece if I ever saw one. Go to Turn Your Head to order your personalized pirolette.

Map Plates! I think these are the coolest kitchen accessory I've seen in a very long time.  These map plates might be used to

"serve pasta on Italy, pierogi on Poland, sauerkraut on Germany, or paella on Spain. Each plate is shaped like the nation it represents, with major cities highlighted." [What On Earth]

Or, maybe I'll take another suggestion and use the plates to help differentiate the origin of artisan cheeses at a wine and cheese party.

Have a suggestion for my Christmas List?? Email me at Rachelle [at] guestofaguest [dot] com!

This year, I'm going to make it easy for you all just tell you what I want instead of having you rack your brains for the perfect gift.  Each day from now until December 25th, I will be showcasing an item that I come across randomly that I think looks cool.  Feel free to email me suggestions.  Today's "All I want for Christmas" is this funny looking Hamburger Dress by Joy Kampia.
