Harry Cipriani may be in fact losing his liquor license, but there is a silver lining to this story. Apparently his "lick her" license is not in jeapordy. In fact, Cipriani has a complete monopoly on this permit for Sunday nights in the city. Whether instances of licking will be blunted by a loss of his liquor license remains to be seen...
