This weekend, FACE Stockhom in Soho hosted an eco trunk show with ELSAandME and cmarchuska, an environmentally friendly brand from Christine Marchuska. We were excited to see the woman behind the fun threads, previously featured in our newsletter, mingling with guests who happily sipped cocktails while browsing the eco-friendly racks.

Last night, a secret speakeasy, formerly Mr. Black, served Milk and Honey inspired libations to the city's designers and the people who love their frocks. Benefiting Designers for Darfur, the evening brought some eviable threads to the red carpet, along with Keith Lissner, Malcolm Harris, Sabrina Chapman, Rachelle Hruska, Caroline McCarthy and Christina Marchuska. Yesterday, the new fashion line from Cmarchuska and the jewelry line K Ritt hosted a trunk sale, with 5% of the proceeds going to benefit Safe Horizon, at a private loft in Union Square.  Showcasing new items along with some sweet cocktails from Heavy Water and other treats, this was a great event to get a look at the new season around the corner.
