Friday night was Cure By Design, a fashion show in the Atrium of the Ronald Reagan Building that benefited the American Cancer Society. Denigns by local designer Sondra Falk, Charlotte NC-based Luis Machicao, and NBC's Fashion Star Barbara Bates dressed the models, all of whom were cancer survivors. E! News' Giuliana Rancic delivered a taped a welcome video for guests, and WUSA9's Kristen Berset emceed the program after opening remarks from event founder and NYC-based fashion designer Alex Garfield.
