It goes without saying that Fashion Week is a showcase for the latest trends. It is the time when designers, buyers and fashion enthusiasts gather to decide what comes next for the industry. But the truth is that Fashion Week is as much about what people wear TO the shows, as it is about what they wear IN the shows. To find out more about what inspires the fashionable folk, I talked to Leandra Medine of Man Repeller, Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs of Cushnie et Ochs and other natty guests about where they shop and what they love.

After dozens of runways hows and umpteen presentations, Fashion Week has finally come to a close. For many in the industry, it can be exhausting to keep up the pace for all 7 (8, 9...) days of Fashion "Week." But what keeps us all going, is the excitement of seeing something new come down the runway - something new to covet, lust after and dream about until next fall.
