Last weekend, FreeFest 2012 brought music and fashion to the DC area. Walking around the grounds of the Merriweather Post Pavilion, we noticed lots of fun outfits of festival-goers.

Last night, we feted Guest of a Guest DC's most fashionable column, Becca's Picks, with a party at Alton Lane in Dupont Circle with Urban Chic. Guests enjoyed bites from Occasions Caterers with wine from Middleburg's Boxwood Winery while listening to music from DJ Esso. More»

Friday night was Cure By Design, a fashion show in the Atrium of the Ronald Reagan Building that benefited the American Cancer Society. Denigns by local designer Sondra Falk, Charlotte NC-based Luis Machicao, and NBC's Fashion Star Barbara Bates dressed the models, all of whom were cancer survivors. E! News' Giuliana Rancic delivered a taped a welcome video for guests, and WUSA9's Kristen Berset emceed the program after opening remarks from event founder and NYC-based fashion designer Alex Garfield.
