Last night, Housing Works hosted their 5th Annual Design on a Dime event.  Guests like Ty Pennington, Parker Posey, Robert Verdi, Simon van Kempen and Alex McCord came to enjoy some VIP shopping and the party.  The sale continues through tomorrow at the Metropolitan Pavilion on W. 18th Street.
