"The Gates" has yet to officially open to the public (May 20th), however a bunch of "DO GOODERS" tested out the new space, all while supporting a great cause-Cribs for Kids. We have been following the DO GOOD FEEL GOOD fellows since their inception last fall, and continue to be impressed with the crowd they manage to get together to support local charities. The party was sponsored by Rowean Design and True Talent. DJ Mess Kidd took care of the tunes.

Teddy Van Beuren of DoGoodFeelGood was kind enough to offer up two free tickets to their spring event Cribs for Kids this Thursday night starting at 7pm @ The Gates.  The event aims to provide a safe sleeping environment for children in the New York area.  A great way to do good, and have a great time doing it (remember their Christmas party!?). DJ Mess Kid will be ripping up the turn tables. Does anyone else remember that Friends episode where Joey insists that there is no good deed that you can do that doesn't make you feel good about yourself and Phoebe tries to prove him wrong?  Well, a group of eight guys are taking that idea, and forming a non-profit group.  They are spear-headed by Teddy van Beuran, his brother Mikey and David X Prutting, of PMc fame.  Their debut party is this Friday, and we will have pictures on Monday. Hoping to find out more about the group and their concept, I spoke to Teddy who had this to say:
