Paul Qui won Top Chef Season 9 last night, and he is coming to Washington with 4th runner up Edward Lee for a cooking class at Asia 9! The two chefs will be teaching an "Asian Fusion Redefined" cooking class on March 31 from 12-2pm. Every Asian Fusion course that will be demonstrated will be paired with crisp white wines, and they'll be answering all your quesions about food, wine and what it was like cooking for Padma and Tom.
