Has Kanye West finally healed his broken heart? The rapper has been wearing his heart on his sleeve as of late releasing an entire album about his break-up with designer Alexis Phifer. Kanye has recently been spotted out and about with video vixen Amber Rose and she even accompanied him to the after party for Narcisco Rodriguez's Fall '09 collection in New York City Tuesday night at Rose Bar. Kanye and his new gal pal partied into the night with their matching sunglasses alongside fellow Narcisco Rodriguez fans Claire Danes, Georgio Armani, Chace Crawford, Josh Hartnett, and Julianna Margulies.

The BMW 7 Series may be having a rough '09 (um they only sold 23 units TOTAL this January!), but at least they're popular among the social set! Just in time for (the uhMERCEDES-BENZ) Fashion Week, VOGUE stepped in to help host a party with BMW as well as Free Arts NYC.

Summer's almost over and Plum TV has decided that they were having just way too much fun to call it quits.  SO, they're heading onto the island to cover fashion week.  With Kelly Killoren Bensimon and Jennifer Creel to help, they are sure to continue their socialite coverage for us into the fall, beginnning with a debate on which presidential candidate's wife has the better style (video above).
