Confession time: everyone who works in our office is older than 17, and it thus follows that we were slightly concerned about Day Two of HARD Summer after a Day One experience that was utterly brilliant. With the crazy amount of parties, concerts and special events going on in town this past weekend, it would have been almost impossible for you not to find yourself in the middle of something exciting. But the hands-down epicenter of excitement in L.A. this weekend was undoubtedly HARD Summer, the 2-day EDM/electronica rave festival held at the L.A. State Historic Park. Let's face it: any DJ crew can call themselves "World Famous", and it doesn't necessarily mean squat. Just because someone at Bar Marmont let Paz De La Huerta drunkenly control the iPod for a few songs, that doesn't make her a "World Famous" DJ any more than it makes her an icon of responsible life decisions.
