After the 11am shotgun start, the tournament is now in full swing....Laptops and sunglasses in tow, we're all set up on the patio- right on the green! - to bring you the latest from the Hamptons Golf Classic.  We even get a golf cart to drive around and check out the different sponsors at each hole.  The course is gorgeous, the weather divine, and those cute little golf outfits just can't be beat. Justin TimberlakeApparently former boy band heartthrob Justin Timberlake does a lot of other stuff when he's not engaged in his main claim to fame, including golfing. He helped Ellen DeGeneres with her swing! (See left.) And his literary agent David Vigliano is now apparently pitching a book about golfing to editors, according to the New York Observer's sources. They say it'll be "something of a memoir, consisting of stories of rounds he has played and people he has played with." More»

In case you haven't heard, the U.S. Open is at Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, New York this week. The tourney is the second of four major championships in golf. The festivities began today with practice rounds. I ventured out to Long Island to take a gander at the course and the field. (No, I didn't see Tiger.) It was only Monday and the atmosphere was already amazing.  The tournament officially begins on Thursday and goes through Sunday. Needless to say, it's going to be an incredible week... More»
