This week, Outsider Art Fair descends upon Chelsea. Liza Minnelli reunites with Joel Grey at Cabaret's 40th anniversary screening. Ellie Ga recounts an arctic voyage at the New Museum. The Dance on Camera Festival kicks off with the world premiere of Alan Brown’s Five Dances. And Grand Central turns 100. Put on your birthday clothes, and check out this week's New York art round up.
