We can all agree that the best way to be greeted—ever—is by a puppy licking your face. And that's just what happened on a recent boiling day in NYC, after we weaved our way through Tompkins Square Park to meet up with Eddy Segal. When we reached the Alphabet City artist's lair, her new pup, Bowie Bolan LaBeija (named after the iconic glam rockers and a Paris is Burning character) had no qualms about getting up close and personal. It's a trait he must have inherited from his expressive mama Eddy, the 24-year-old artist whose painting career is just taking off. More»
With a voice as soulfully ethereal as she is, Angela McCluskey lives life like a certified muse—keeping herself inspired while being sought after by countless musicians who've been put under her spell. Kicking off her music career by forming the folk rock group Wild Colonials during a West Coast jam session in 1993, the Scottish songstress has since lent her vocals to a number of international hits, including Télépopmusik's 2002 dance anthem, "Breathe." She and her husband, composer Paul Cantelon, are one of those couples you can't help but fall in love with, a creative duo that's too good to dream up. More»

It's not everyday that someone from the tween set manages to grab our attention here at Guest of a Guest, but when we saw 13-year-old Callie Reiff rubbing elbows with the likes of Vera Wang and Hailee Steinfeld at this year's CFDA Awards, our interests were instantly peaked. After doing some digging, we were undeniably hooked on the young fashionista making waves in the blogosphere. From ballet, to Djing, to modeling, this young blogger does it all, and she does so with a sense of personal style and confidence that we rarely see from even some of the most veteran members of the fashion industry. After our enlightening sit down with Callie, it's safe to say that she's destined to go on to do great things, and now we'll also be able to say that we knew her when. We're calling it now - you're looking at the next Cara Delevingne here, so click through to read the full interview with Calliestreetchic.com's Callie Reiff. More»
