Finally, a chance to feel okay about drinking alcohol!

Alberto Gonzalez is "changing the world one meal at a time", and his passion is contagious.  Last Thursday I was blown away by the native Argentinean's 100% Organic restaurant, GustOrganics on 6th avenue.  I first became aware of GustOrganics when I heard word that it was the only place in NYC to serve an entirely organic menu with a full organic beers, wines, and cocktails all created exclusively for the restaurant.
