Overheard on the LIRR heading East a girl comments “I can almost smell Talkhouse.” A guy replies, “And what does Talkhouse smell like.” She thinks for a second and replies back with a smile: “HEAVEN.” More»
Like our beloved Meatpacking club scene, Hamptons brings the same bottle-popping, fist pumping scenesters in their various degrees of posh, just with more money and more cableknits. Read, take note, act accordingly...it's the 2010 Guest of a Guest guide to Hamptons nightclubs. More»

Saturday night at RdV East started innocently enough, but before we knew we were trapped in a scene from an MTV Spring Break special. More»
Awning-retracting Wainscott hotspot Georgica reopened last weekend for its second year on the Hamptons scene. EMM Group's East End favorite will be bringing back their Monday night $25, three-course price fix tradition. The eatery also offers $5 beers, $6 shots and $7 dollar drinks all night on Mondays. On Hamptons terms, that might as well be free.
[All photos by ROB RICH] We've all been there. Especially on a Saturday night and especially at Surf Lodge. But since the end of summer arrived last weekend along with the end of Surf Lodge's season, getting to the bar by pushing your way through 6-foot surfer dudes and groups of dancing Montaukers was totally worth the "so packed I can't move" crowd. The Montauk chill spot was a favorite for almost everyone heading East this summer (including GofGHamptons), so appreciating every bit of time there during Labor Day weekend was a must even if that meant starting your own bar-side party during your neverending wait for a drink like this group above. They wasted no time celebrating the end of summer...

[All photos by LISA WAGNER for BlogHamptons] Sunday was a sad, sad day for club-crawlers across the East End as Axe Lounge at Dune celebrated its final weekend of the summer season. These guys were especially heart broken as their days of bonding over bottles of booze while showing off their fist-pumping techniques, hitting on scantily-clad girls, and partying until they can't see straight behind the walls of the Southampton hot spot are officially over. Now they will have to wait until next summer to participate in all of the AXE-tastic booze-filled mayhem because where else will they find such a place...named after a can of man spray.

Go HERE for more photos by JT WHITE and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS! Day & Night has served as the perfect spot for party-goers to unleash their mid afternoon fist-pumping, rosé chugging, and fla-bongo using needs this summer, all of which came to a close Saturday afternoon as D & N hosted their Labor Day Brunch Fest. Or maybe "booze fest" would be the more appropriate title as the large crowd of rosé-craving Hamptonites drank away their end of summer blues while kick-starting the holiday weekend. The bash managed to bring out the party animal in everyone as guests we would never expect to see were spotted on table tops fist-pumping their little hearts out (ahem...We saw you Neel Shah) right along side Day & Night veterans (fist-pumping pro Dr. Shawn Sadri)....

[Carson Griffith] Go HERE for more photos and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS!
We've heard countless stories, seen endless amounts of photos and have even made a few trips ourselves to the AXE-tastic Southampton hot spot, Axe Lounge at Dune, but what better way to get the full experience than with a surprise birthday party for one of our very own. Especially since we're pretty sure there is no other way GofG's Carson Griffith would prefer to spend her birthday in the Hamptons than with giant sparklers, New York City DJ Nick Cohen, as much champagne as a birthday girl could ever wish for, her closest friends, co-workers, and this guy along with the huge crowd of man-spray wearing, fist pumping, rump shaking AXE Loungers.

No summer flings were needed this summer for GofGHamptons because it was love at first sight the moment we stepped on the outdoor deck at Surf Lodge for the first time in May. Since then, there's been no other place we would rather be on a Sunday night than relaxing water-side with cocktails in hand, talent on the mic, and a Montauk sunset overhead... More»
