In addition to Channing Tatum, Sienna Miller, Ciara, Aubrey O’Day, Jenna Dewan and Marlon Wayans; Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag showed with a copy of the Playboy featuring Heidi’s naked spread. Yikes. Heidi and Spencer went out in West Hollywood today, and they called the paparazzi before hand of course.  However, WHAT IN THE WORLD is Heidi wearing on HER FEET!? PLATFORM SNEAKERS?  We can’t think of a worse trend to try and start Spring off with.
