Sky Group’s Alan Philips and Josh Shames, along with Aubrey O’Day, hosted the launch party for the new Blackberry’s Pearl Flip 8220 at High Bar last Thursday. Guests danced the night away on the rooftop lounge of Highbar to DJ Rashida’s mix of hip-hop and dance floor classics. Blackberry lovers and New York’s scene makers enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails until the wee hours of the morning. Most notably, O’Day was seen canoodling with her rumored new girlfriend while hanging in the DJ booth. I guess we’ll have to see if Aubrey is pulling a Lohan…

Last Thursday night, bad boy Cisco Adler and Shwayze held a Live Performance and Concert After Party at Highbar.  The party, which didn’t start until 11 pm, brought up fans of the performers to west 48th street to party the night away. There was also music by Skeet Skeet. We hear things started getting crazy once the Lucid Absinthe cocktails set in….

This Tuesday night, EVERYONE that was still in the city, braved the summer humidity and headed to the rooftop of Highbar to celebrate the launch of Hamptons Undercover. The affair brought loads of socials, Bravo TV crews, delicious gift bags, and a host committee to die for… Quintessentially, Kelly Killoren-Bensimon, and Coralie Charriol-Paul, along with Kipton Cronkite, Allison Aston, Olivia Palermo, Di Petroff, Maggie Rizer, Annabel Vartanian, Tatiana Platt, Bettina Prentice, and Devorah Rose.

Sure it’s in Hell’s Kitchen, but it’s also a rooftop lounge with views of the Hudson, comfy cabanas to view it on, an awesome, kitschy-preppy drink menu (try the Wicket, a mix of gin and cucumber purée, and simple bbq eats. The man behind it, Greg Brier, also did Aspen, D’Or, and Amalia, so you can rest assured you’ll be in good hands. Head over tomorrow and you’ll have a bedside view of the Macy’s fireworks.
