The top two headliners for the 2013 Governors Ball have been released, and it's the most impressive lineup to date. Kanye West and Kings of Leon top the bill, appearing alongside a third artist yet to be announced. Kanye will be performing his first solo show in NYC since 2008, and it'll be Kings of Leon's first show in the city since 2010. Deeming mid-October just as good a time of year as any summer month for an outdoor music festival in L.A., FILTER Magazine brought their third annual Culture Collide Festival to town last week. As its name suggests, the four-day music fest showcased an international lineup of bands from around the world with shows at venues throughout the east side of town and Echo Park, all of which culminated in an all-day block party on Sunday.
