Last night, Marc Jacobs sponsored the Art Production Fund's Urban Hoedown at 33 West street. Founded in 2000, the Art Production Fund is a non-profit organization that helps artists produce pieces that would be difficult to create alone, while also raising awareness for contemporary art. Looking at at Azealia Banks, she reminiscent of a 90's R&B/Pop singer. Then when you actually listen to her, she's like the girl our mother's warned us about. Her songs are mostly a bunch of fast rapping sexual references, swear words, and killer instrumentals and beats, and it's a trifecta of sheer genius. It's like you know you shouldn't really listen to her, because she's not really saying anything, but you can't help it; you need more. In a boy's club of dirty mouthed rappers, this girl is changing the game.
