Photo Of The Day: Christian Audigier Is Back, Like A Bad Penny
It hasn’t been long since someone who could singlehandedly represent New Jersey’s finest last popped up, pajama’d out with Izzy Gold. Sippin’ his vino, doing his thang. Well, he’s back: Christian Audigier was in Los Angeles yesterday to present the new Ed Hardy collection at the Who’s Next 2009 show. With a tattoo inked tour bus, and ladies head to toe in lions and roses and other things keeping it classy, it was quite the site. And nice red pants. More amazingness, below… More »

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Harlot Nights At Collective Hardware
[Sebastian Mun, Talia Eisenberg, Annabel Vartanian. All photos by PATRICK MCMULLAN for PMc]. Patrick McMullan himself snapped the shots of Collective Hardware’s Harlot Nights, and we think the “Best” factor is pretty evident: strange props including a very large pig torso (where was the lower half?), a general absence of clothing, people sprawled on beds, nightlife authority Steve Lewis talking to a hot, young thing, Izzy Gold and sunglasses at night…the eclectic scene rocked the Bowery (obvi) with four flours, part of Heist Gallery’s Manhattan Motorcycle Mayhem after party. Harlotting. SO recession 2k. More »

[All photos by PATRICK MCMULLAN, JP PULLOS, and JONATHON ZIEGLER for PMc]
Patrick McMullan hosted his annual St. Patrick’s Day Party at Greenhouse Tuesday night with all of his New York City pals and a performance by Lady Fag and Brian Kenney. While DJ Gant Johnson took care of the turn tables, the crowd full of emerald clad party-goers partied into the night with guests including Izzy Gold, Tia Walker, Liam McMullan (who proudly took the mic on stage for a song or two) Alex Lasky, Michael Musto, Mickey Boardman, and this drunk guy.

The Naked Cowboy Forgoes Time Square To Attend Izzy Gold’s Birthday Party…

GO HERE for more photos by J.T. WHITE and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS!
As a recent addition to the GofaG team, Friday was my first big night out on the town with my boss (and social butterfly) Rachelle. After the Alexander McQueen for Target event, we stopped by Izzy Gold #2’s birthday party (I’m so confused!). The party was packed with tipsy dancing bodies with glasses full of bubbly (most of whom I recognized as GofaG’s favorite faces). There were definitely some characters there, i.e. Grand Master Sung Baek and the Indigo Twins. Let’s put it this way, if I could describe the atmosphere for you in just three letters: “WTF?”.

Interview With Artist, Musician, Designer Emma Red aka “Red Said Circus”
Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Emma Red, or perhaps better known as Red Said Circus, moved to New York to pursue her artistic passions. I recently met up with her at Izzy Gold’s studio and I was struck by her passion, talent and sincerity. Emma is a true artist with quite a moving story. If Courtney Love was a little more sober, that’d be sort of like her. By moving to NYC on her own, Emma took a risk and found herself in situations where she had no choice but to find out who she was and deal with it. No easy feat, indeed. Many people walk through life without a care and without trying to discover their inner strengths and even weaknesses, but part of Emma’s journey has been learning who she is and channeling it through creative and expressive endeavors. Whether it’s songwriting, designing clothes, or making something out of nothing, she has a natural drive that inspires her art.

Page Six and MAC - Rock’N'Roll Never Looked So Beautiful!
Go Here for more photos by Kristin Tully
MAC Cosmetics and Page Six celebrated Fashion Week Tuesday with a concert by our favorite homeless Glam Rock band Semi Precious Weapons at Rebel. It seems everyone attending got a turn on the red carpet, along with guests that included singer Drew Seeley from High School Musical, Lee Tergersen and Alexander Skarsgard of “Generation Kill”, songstress Rachel Sage, RJ LaSasso, singers Anane and Tina Sugandh, the stars of HBO’s True Blood and MTV’s Real World, The New York Dolls’ Steve Conte, Whitney from Top Model, and the even the “new” Izzy Gold!

Both Izzy Golds Spotted Making Their Fashion Week Rounds

[Via WireImage]
Okay to catch you up: There are two gentleman claiming to be the real Izzy Gold. Once friends, there was a rift and, well people are picking sides left and right (catch up on all the drama below). Now that summer is almost over and things are picking up in this town, both Izzy’s are making their rounds. On Tuesday, the “old” Izzy Gold, Francesco Civetta, was spotted at Ben Watt’s “Big Up!” Party. Last night, it seems that the “new” Izzy Gold, Chris Young, was at the Fashion Rocks Preview party at Mansion (and looks pumped to be there I might add). One wound up on PMc, the other on WireImage, both reputable sources of truth. But the truth is just getting more mangled. Are we going to accept that there are two Izzy Golds out there????
