Ah, springtime. Cherry blossoms blooming, birds chirping, white snow falling…the most sensational time of the year.  What better way to usher in the nation’s most popular season than the annual Pink Tie Party, which celebrates the 101st National Cherry Blossom Festival?  Spring evokes a sense of a fresh start and new possibilities, applied to all areas of our lives including, and most importantly, our wardrobes.
