via la.guestofaguest.com: Heavily auto-tuned, plastic party songs are always bad. But Rebecca Black's "Friday" is uniquely horrifying. And it's not just because she reminds us that Thursday comes before Friday. It has more to do with the 35-year old rapper trailing her school bus like your average sex offender. MORE>>>
I've never asked for your sympathy. Writing about pop culture and making fun of party photos is a pretty great gig, after all, and is a lot less stressful than, for example, teaching elementary school. So I don't, as a rule, tell people to feel sorry for me. And I'm about to play it again. May God have mercy on my soul. More»
via la.guestofaguest.com: We're all for safe sex at GofG, but having Ke$ha, a woman with a dollar sign in her name that makes a living as the less talented female version of Kid Rock, be the face of a condom brand is like having Charlie Sheen be the spokesperson of vitamin water. Sexxxy? MORE>>>
We're not saying she doesn't practice safe sex, it's just that aligning a condom brand with Ke$ha is kind of like having Charlie Sheen be the spokesman for Vitamin World. But in this new disturbing dimension of WTF, LifeStyles has literally made her the face of safe sex, striking a deal with the pop star whose career is predicated upon reckless benders to distribute 10,000 condoms bearing her likeness on the wrappers to fans at her upcoming concerts. So congrats: you have lived to see the day of limited edition Kesha condoms. [Photo via] More»
