So how awesome were the Tony Awards?! What? Not that awesome? Oh, come on! Dancing ogres! 80s Hair Bands! Bret Michaels knocked out by a piece of scenery! NEIL PATRICK HARRIS! Despite contraversial cuts and unnecessary performances by shows that weren't up for any awards (Mamma Mia has been running for ten years...WE GET IT), the Tony's this year still had their share of star-making moments, especially with Alice Ripley and Karen Olivo taking home much-deserved statuettes.
