The style icon hosted a private screening of her short film, Mnenosyne, last night at the Hudson Hotel Library. On-hand to celebrate were Hamish Bowles, Margherita Missoni, Genevieve Jones and Derek Blasberg, who were no doubt only too happy to attend a non-fashion related party before the onslaught begins...More photos below.
