September is fast approaching, and while it's hard to let summer go, the fall is when the east end is at its prettiest. Rachelle and I recently were saved by a man in Springs, and fell in love with his bayside cottage to boot. So peaceful, and really lovely, with loads of cattails, whippoorwills, and a  narrow white sand and pebble shoreline. I was reminded of Cape Cod, and the little houses that wedge themselves into the dunes. Now you have a chance to rent one, for the Cape Codesque price of $3,000/week. I heart Steve Aoki.  And, there's no doubting that he has been a busy little bee these past weeks.  First, spinning at Bunnychow, the ever growing in popularity party put on by that loveable Cain Crew; and then heading out east to put on a show for the Fourth of July party at La Playa.  Even through all the gigs, every time I see him spin, he is always bringing a new level of energy to the party...which is why he is one of the most sought after DJ's in the business.

What this house lacks in graceful construction, it more than makes up for in location (a bucolic, peaceful road in Sag Harbor right by Long Beach), amenities (jacuzzi, steam room, pool, tennis), and availability (now through Labor Day). If you rent it now, you'll be able to come to our 4th of July BBQ with the Lola boys!
