Christopher Nolan’s latest film pairs talent from recent indie classics and Hollywood royalty. Ellen Page and Joseph Gordon Levitt, who is coming off of the summer love hit, “500 Days of Summer” are teaming up with Leonardo DiCaprio for the action sci-fi thriller where a CEO finds himself caught in a blackmailing scandal. It is currently set for a July 2010 release date, so these Los Angeles shoots are the closest we’ll get to the flick before next season. More »
Forget juice fasts or the master cleanse. Agyness Deyn knows that the best way to prepare forNew York Fashion Week is some hearty activity, like bike riding, shopping (it’s totally exercise.) and, um, bowling. With only 17 days left until the fashion frenzy starts, Aggy has been fitting in plenty of all three. If you’re picturing her amidst a crowd of pot-bellied pros, think again: our favorite quirky Brit supermodel knows that choosing stylish accessories also includes choosing a stylish bowling partner. So who did Aggy bowl with? Click below to find out…
[Pierce Brosnan and family in Italy. Photos via Getty].
The summer’s almost over and celebrities everywhere are making the most of their last fews weeks in the sun. While the Brosnans were relaxing with style in the Italian countryside, Kanye was practicing his middle finger in Miami, Tyra was dancing like crazy on the set of her new video, Al Pacino was filming a movie about euthanasia, and Leowas dodging exploding cars. [Britney Spears and Son. All photos via Getty]. It’s Monday, August 17th, and around the world, celebrities are acting…weirdly normal. Like, eerily normal. Britney Spears took her kids to the pool, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel walked their dogs, Jennifer Garner went to Starbucks, Leo DiCaprio looked hot, George Clooney did a photo shoot on a boat and was mobbed by adoring fans (normal for him.), etc, etc. Where are all the crazies? Even Tom Cruise took a perfectly normal, average stroll in the park with Katie Holmes, and it was—wait. Wait.
[America Ferrera Daniel Eric Gold. All photos via Getty].America Ferrerahas been enjoying some summer lovin’ on the set of Ugly Betty, which was filming in Central Park yesterday. Elsewhere, celebrities are on the move, whether via plane (Heidi Klum and Seal), boat (Leo DiCaprio, Matt Damon), or, uhm, by horse (we’ll let the pictures of Rusell Crowespeak for themselves.) Kelly Osbournekept things interesting for herself by shooting a water gun at paparazzi, while LeAnn Rimes and Rachel Bilson ran errands in LA wearing nearly identical outfits.Everyone seems to be having a good week, except forJessica Simpson, who looked positively morose last night on her way to stylist Ken Paves‘ birthday party. Not that we don’t sympathize, but shouldn’t she be used to breakups by now? Click for more pictures…. More »

[Brad Pitt getting into a limousine behind the Potsdamer Platz Theater after the Berlin Premiere of his new movie "Inglorious Bastards" directed by Quentin Tarantino.] Photos by Getty]. While Brad Pitt and Quentin Tarantino were hard at work showing off their latest masterpiece in Berlin, celebrities elsewhere were being less productive. Jack Nicholson was vacationing in the South of France, Leonardo Dicaprio was biking around Notting Hill, and Mischa Barton was sulking on her way to NYC. More »

[Photos via Getty] You may best know model Bar Rafaeli as the super model that graces our city’s hot-spots with her arm candy, Leonardo DiCaprio. But, lately, the model has been hanging around in Madrid…literally. Rafaeli just helped Reebok and Cirque du Soleils launch their new workout for women “Jukari Fit to Fly” today in Spain… More »
[Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Caroline Kennedy, Giorgio Armani, Joel Klein. All photos by BILLY FARRELL for PMc]
Caroline Kennedy took a break from politics last night and joined some A-listers for the opening of Armani/5th Avenue flagship store in New York City. Because if you can’t have that Senate seat, at least you can still be popular, right? The starlit event pulled the celebs away from the tents of Fashion Week and into the stunning four-story glass enclosed space with a floating spiral staircase to sip Bellinis, chit-chat with Mayor Bloomberg, and congratulate Mr. Armani while marveling over his new digs. Armani said of the store:
“New York needs glamour. It needs size. This store is an act of faith toward the Americans and Fifth Avenue shoppers because I still very much believe in this market in which I invested a lot.” [Racked]
