Last night, Longchamp and Elle hosted a performance by pianist Eldar at the uptown store to benefit the Kipton Art Foundation. The charity namesake was there with Olivia Palermo, Kelly Cutrone, Anisha Lakhani, Kimberly Guilfoyle Villency, Anne Slowey, Chessy Wilson, Zev Eisenberg, Scott Buccheit, Robert Fowler, Whitney Port, Minnie Mortimer, Stephen Gaghan and Maggie Rizer; a group who will maintain very busy schedules over the next two weeks as tent time arrives in Bryant Park. The guests relaxed with the contemporary jazz tracks, a glimpse of the musician’s recently released “Virtue” album.

The Cinema Society and MCM hosted Ali Larter, Olivia Palermo, Johannes Huebl, Lydia Hearst, Maggie Rizer, Kelly Bensimon, Tinsley Mortimer, Helen Schifter, Nigel Barker, Rachel Roy, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Rocco DiSpirito, Russell Simmons, Christian Siriano, Christine Lahti, Jerry O’Connell, Chris Benz and Narciso Rodriguez; on hand to check out Ms. Larter’s performance, where she gets bat shit crazy on Beyonce. It wasn’t Tribeca, but it was quite the to-do.

Last night at Above Allen @ LES Thompson Hotel, Operation Smile and the “Smile Committee” got their guests out for cocktails and a very worthwhile cause. The smiling attendees were put to “work” signing invites in support of the charity’s upcoming annual dinner.  Hosts of the evening included Hayley Bloomingdale, Georgina Chapman, Martin Dawson, Lydia Hearst, Dee Dee Sides, Jamie Korey, Minnie Mortimer, Olivia Palermo, and Maggie Rizer. Creator Tana Chung displayed her distinctive design work to buyers and browsers including Erin Fetherston, Maggie Rizer, Alex McCord, Simon van Kempen, Kristian Laliberte, Miguelina Gambaccini, Annie Churchill, Emma Snowdon-Jones, Melissa Foss, Susan Shin,  Carter Cramer, Robert Fowler, Alexis Bryan, Jared Clark, Cena Jackson, Anisha Lakhani, Tamsin Lonsdale, Lara Meiland Shaw, Nick Raynes and Tia Walker; the crowd clearly a worthy rival to the beauty of the jewelry pieces showing.

This Wednesday, New York’s immaculately groomed pups and pup parents shopped at Tibi in SoHo to benefit the ASPCA.  Animal fans including Kristian Laliberte, Annabel Vartanian, Allison Aston, Claiborne Swanson, Maggie Rizer, Robert Fowler and Prince Lorenzo Borghese; not only had the opportunity to show off their happy pets, but also to visit the ASPCA adoption van and see 15% of their clothing purchases benefit the organization.
