In the land of fashion bloggers and street style photographers, New Yorkers know that every cobblestone street is a runway that deserves to be worked. While the perfect pair of sky-high heels can pull any outfit together, running to meetings and hailing cabs isn't quite as glamorous with a shoe-induced limp. So switch out your stilettos for more street-friendly footwear without betraying Prada, Choo, or Zanotti. Trust us, these designer sneakers aren't just for the gym.
From high street to haute couture, we've rounded up our 8 favorite blogs for fashion inspiration. We've included sartorial staples like Stockholm Streetstyle and The Blonde Salad but also feature some new kids on the block like the wholly experimental Madison Stephens.

The much anticipated Maison Martin Margiela collection launched with H&M last night at 5 Beekman Street. Everyone from Sarah Jessica Parker, Helena Christensen, to Kanye West came out to toast the latest designer collaboration that will land in H&M stores on November 15th. Guests were treated to a view of the collection with a dance performance and art installation across five floors. The shopping space was on the 9th floor but the line started a few floors down. The elevators were only for VIP guests like Kanye, who reportedly had his own private lounge on the top floor. Check out some of the best shots from last night's cool space to find out who all came out.
