The Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York hosted a Rose Luncheon Monday afternoon at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Columbus Circle honoring with the "Little Flower Woman Who Makes A Difference" Award. Merser joined guests for lunch, a fashion show including models Emma Snowdon-Jones, Ramona Singer, Mina-Jacqueline Au, Kimberly Towers, and Michelle Walker, followed by an afternoon of shopping making Monday the perfect day to take an extended lunch break for a great cause. Who knew that a luxury lifestyle connoisseur that makes it her JOB to be a Fashion and Culture SNOB could be so SWEET? Mina-Jacqueline Au is breaking the mold and showing the world that you don't have to be a tough bitch in order to build an uber successful brand and land spots on network TV shows. I think it's a shame when people don't stop to appreciate the finer things in life....and Mina is one of the finest.

Many gave up their more than gorgeous day out in the Hamptons this past Saturday to attend a cozy charity luncheon benefiting the American Red Cross hosted by luxury lifestyle maven, Mina-Jacqueline Au, in the casual waterfront community of Edgewater, NJ.
Mina-Jacqueline began rallying to raise money for the American Red Cross when a devastating earthquake hit China in May of this year resulting in a death toll of 65,000 and counting. When Mina-Jacqueline tried to request for her charity-driven church (a large church community on the Upper East Side with over several thousand members) to allow the American Red Cross to set up a table during service to collect funds to aid the relief efforts, her (again, very charity-driven) church refused.

Plovgh, the new online farmers market
Who knew that the farming world had a trend? Well, Mallory Sustick, a Brooklyn bartender, works like a dog to maintain, promote and advance the online farmer's market startup Plovgh that began after noticing a need for more local farm market distribution.
