Alexandra Richards is one cool cat. In between DJ’ing parties like the Day & Night 4th of July party like she is here, the model and covergirl filmed a Gossip Girl cameo. In last night’s season 3 premiere, the beauty was the object of Chuck’s wandering eye and Blair’s jealous one. Nacho Figueras was her partner in appearances, as the Upper East Side clan stopped into Greenwich Polo. Adding to a list including Jay McInerney and Tinsley Mortimer, we can’t wait to see what the new episodes are bringing us by way of suprises.

The official after party, at Pink Elephant on 27th street, might have been a close second. Especially since Nacho showed up with his wife, Delphine to help celebrate. This weekend, several eastbound New Yorkers opted to give the beach a break and check out the biggest polo event of the year- at least if you’re using star power as the metric. Prince Harry played alongside Nacho Figueras at the Veuve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic on Governor’s Island, and faces in the crowds ranged from Madonna to Kate Hudson to Marc Jacobs. Last night at the Downtown Armory, Miss Paris Hilton made quite an impression. She managed to pose with at least half of the 2009 FIFI Awards guest list. The FIFI Awards are called ‘the Oscars of the fragrance world.’ The Fragrance Foundation celebrates and awards the fragrance world once a year.
