Sunday morning's hangover got even worse for many Bruce die-hards once Rolling Stone broke the news (along with many hearts) that The Boss held a surprise show in Monmouth county, NJ. Lucky Asbury scene-sters got to witness the amazing small stage performance with only a few Instagram photos to prove it. More»

[Ah, the plight of the 1%...while his 99% contemporaries are pissed off about the failure of our institutions, this 1%er can't get over his anger for the empty Hunt Keg.]

[Rich People Rage In Mud Round One]
While we have given insight to absurd things wealthy people do, such as "glamping," and boozy brunching, yesterday we brought you another to add to the list: The Hunt. The event that is basically another reason (see: Polo) for rich people to act like frat bros in a field. Today we are back to provide you with a play-by-play of how such a day of endless boozing in the mud occurs. Take a look at a day in the life of a 1%er... [All photos via Facebook]

We already took a look at how the 1% likes to spend their weekends in NYC - but now it's time we take a look at the NJ 1%'ers: Every year around late October, New Yorkers flee the big city and head to the Garden State (gasp - New Jersey?!) for a day that is often described as "better than Christmas." What is this sacred Jersey holiday, you ask? Two words: The Hunt. A day-long steeplechase competition that, over the years, has become just a day of getting wasted while standing in mud and hay. Sounds fun, right? Well that's only the beginning, check out some of the fun things you may have stumbled upon at this past weekend's The Hunt. More»
Being born and raised on the Jersey Shore I get a lot of flack from, well, everybody everywhere. But I think it's time we give respect where it's due, even if it is in Jersey. Jon Bon Jovi has recently opened a restaurant in Red Bank, NJ called Soul Kitchen that has an ingenious concept - you "pay what you can." More»
If last night's Republican Candidate Debate in Iowa proved anything, it's that one's understanding of a complicated situation doesn't even have to be remotely accurate, as long as enough other idiots believe the world works the same way you do. With that in mind, we turn our eyes to MTV's "Jersey Shore," where we have our weekly check-in on eight very, very special young people and their trip to a faraway land that might be scary or off-putting, if only they possessed even the minuscule spark of consciousness required to know they were no longer in New Jersey. As human beings, we have a lot invested in the idea that our modern existence is more civilized than what has come before us. Although there are daily examples of death, violence, terror and the Tea Party to convince us that we have, in fact, most likely regressed overall, our most compelling example of our own dim humanity is never more present than in the continued adventures of the eight beloved, barely literate gel-trolls that make up the cast of "Jersey Shore." So in the interest of keeping humanity honest about itself, yes, I will be chronicling Season 4. Sorry to let you down, mom and dad. More»
Although Danielle Staub is gone, Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey is hardly lacking in the drama department. With the addition of Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice's evil sister-in-law, and Kathy Wakile, Teresa and Joe's first cousin, it seems like season 3 is going to be all about the Giudice family. More»
Amar'e Stoudemire shoots hoops with Hamish Bowles, Vivienne Westwood's campaign for Royal Ascot is gorgeous and ties are in demand with the ladies. Kate Middleton's see through "dress" sold, undies built to keep your cookie cool, New Jersey soon to be legally miserable and so much more. Take a look! MORE>>>
Last week at Cipriani 42nd St. Former Governor of New Jersey Jon Corzine clued us into some of his frustration at not being in office and his disapproval of current NJ Gov. Chris Christie. More»
We've talked before about the duality of Fran Lebowitz, the outlandish writer whose gregarious literary persona also comes coupled with a mysterious (and as such, intriguing) privacy. More»
