Last Friday night launched the Soledad O'Brien and Brad Raymond Foundation, a charity that provides scholarships to young women, in Bridgehampton for a jazz-themed night of fun. Charitable New Yorkers gathered at Philips de Pury on Wednesday night for "An Evening of Design" hosted by the Quintessentially Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the welfare of disadvantaged people around the world, in conjunction with the Make It Right Foundation. Guests enjoyed cocktails courtesy of Chivas while browsing a number of items up for auction at a later date. Showcased among these items was Michael Wolfson's Genoa desk, the proceeds from which will benefit Make It Right, whose mission is to build safe homes in New Orleans' Lower 9th Ward.

Party's over folks. That's right, as of 12am today, the Mardi Gras celebration taking place all over the world, but most jubilantly in New Orleans ended. We caught up with the well beaded guests at the Zulu parade that rolled down St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans Yesterday. How did you celebrate Mardi Gras in NYC?
