[All photos via NYMag] Things are a bit quiet around these parts as the world shifts its focus to our sister city for New York Fashion Week, which, believe it or not, is also about designers' Spring/Summer 2012 collections in addition to all the parties and fame-whoring. I've been keeping up with the shows and am so excited for the trends for next spring, like the neon yellow, fiery orange, pattern-on-pattern and short suits that were seen on many a runway. Designers sent models down the catwalks with wet hair, unusual lip colors and smart styling that kicked the their collections up a notch and made clothes come alive.
